Our studio is based in Melbourne, that's 239 Swan Street Richmond Melbourne to be precise. We are not open for walk in on the spot orders like a bakery. We back from The Co Bake Space & this is theplace to pickup orders from. You will see us use this space for 'pop up bake sales' from time to time! 

Yes we do. We use a fabulous cake courier. Pricing is based on KM radius from Richmond. Cake is precious and can't be thrown into a back of a van with 100 other parcels. The delivery fee starts from $20 and ranges to $75 with a 45KM radius. 

We do always encourage collecting your order where possible to avoid fees.
We cannot guarantee the arrival time of your cake, so picking up makes this less of a stress.

You can! You have the option to pick up your orders from 239 Swan Street Richmond. 

PLEASE NOTE : OUR COLLECTION WINDOWS ARE VERY STRICT AS WE ARE NOT A RETAIL STORE. Okay caps lock over, but please pay close attention. 

You can collect your order from 9am-3pm Tuesday to Friday. On Saturday you can collect from 8am to 10am. 

We need 2 days notice minimum for online store orders, but the more better we love when you let us get organised. For custom enquiries we need at least 7 days (again the more the better!) Email : alisha@sweetbakes.com.au for custom orders. 

CMC is a box of yummy cake slices that we post once a month during the cool season. These are shelf stable and ship Australia Wide!  You can subscribe to the club, or jump on board as you please each month by following along the on sale dates through social media.

YES! Everything, and we mean everything, is made from scratch with seriously good ingredients. Alisha has spent 10 years turning 'I don't really like cake' people into 'WOAH THIS IS GOOD CAKE' people. The cakes are DECADENT, we don't mess around this really is dessert. 

Yes, but those custom order spots are highly limited. Events, corporate orders and collaborations can enquire through the contact form here

Not quite. Our bricks and mortar store is the "Co.Bake Space". Sweet Bakes bakes from behind the scenes of 239 Swan Street, and the absolutely gorgeous shop fit is a "Place for pickups and pop-ups" find out more here. 

Unfortunately we do not offer allergy friendly baking. All baked products contain nuts, soy, gluten, dairy & we cannot guarantee of any cross contamination.

Please note that we do our very best to ensure your cakes are delivered safely. Once our drivers have reached the advised destination we do our best to hand the product to recipient directly. When this cannot occur we will leave it in the safest place possible and photos will be sent of condition. Once delivery has occurred it is upon the recipient to collect the cake in the condition that is was delivered in. We do not accept damages to product once a safe delivery has occurred. If there is no safe place to return the parcel it will be marked for return. Please note that not all boxes can be returned back to us as we work with external couriers and they charge a fee to return the box and therefore a remake or re-delivery fee may apply if you require a new delivery. 

We do not have any control of postal network orders once they are dispatched. 

The date customer clicks at checkout is the date the parcel will be shipped via express, all tracking can be followed via email.



Our advice is to ensure you pick an address for delivery where someone will be home/available to collect during business hours.
